This morning, our Indian Client gave us a call that he would come to Tinpak factory to check the quality of round sock tins. I went to the Dongguan Train Station to pick up. On the way back to our factory, he talked the trust with me. He said all needs trust, especiall the business relation. As our contemporary society develops dramatically, a worrying problem has sprung up that the degree of trust among people has decreased. Besides, he said once people eastablished the trust, each of other should pay more to keep the trust. Then about 25 minutes later, we arrived at our factory. What surprised me was it only took him about 15 minutes to finish the quality checking. I asked if he wanted to check more. He said no need. After a while, he said " This is the second time we co-operate. I trust you. Your quality is very good!" At that time, I was so happy.
