Recently I received an enquiry from our website( www.tinpak.us ),I was so move by the Germany client's sincerly. I take this inquiry careful because I feel I can't reject the client's requirments. As we been in this industry over 8 years therefore we own over 600 moulds and produced millions tins each year, I not sure which tin we have in stock.I have to confirm with our warehouse. The inquiry details as below:

The customer made a detailed product list, I was moved by his sincerity.

We usually find some inquiries are no clear enough to let us know the clients requirments, we have to guess which one is the most suitable tin. The more those inquiry we received, the simplity mail we reply to our clients. Sometimes we relized we have a bad habit to reply mail to our client, we explian simple and think our clients can understand what we said. In fact, may be he have to spend more time to remind what happen, a good work habit is what a important thing!

Luckily, all samples have in stock, so I will send them to this client together. Look forward to working with this client!
