The first week of January has begun with several new mold development projects confirmed by long-term partners. Unlike repeat orders, new molds require additional engineering review, structural testing, and sampling before entering stable production.

Each new shape starts from technical drawings and structural calculations, followed by mold trial runs and 150-piece sampling for verification. This stage allows both sides to evaluate lid fitting, edge finishing, and surface treatment performance.

Choosing to open new molds at the start of the year reflects our customers’ confidence in future market demand. For us, it marks the beginning of another cycle of innovation—where ideas move from concept to tangible structure.
