This morning, I got the new order from our Britain client of 120k lip balm tin. This project started in July last year. Finially, it was confirmed today. At the beginning, Tinpak provided our client a nice and detailed 3D technical drawing for pre-view. After almost 3 months, our client came back and decided to try to confirm the qty. As it was the first time to cooperate, Tinpak offer a very competitive price and promise good quality and good service to our client. Then, we took one month to finish the mould and made plain samples to our client. But everything often did not go smoothly at the beginning. Our samples were not satisfied with our client. Then, we tried to fix the machine and made the proof again. At the same time, our client finished their artwork. After knowing they loved our sample, we started to make printed samples. 

To be honest, it is a long story from that we got the enquiry to that we got the order. But Tinpak would like to be patient with our clients. Because we are confident of our quality and we wish our clients also be confident of our quality. It takes time!
