Testing Automatic Tin Manufacturing Lines
In order to match worldwide clients’ increasing demands, Tinpak decided to build automatic production line in May, 2015. After 2 months of hard working with machine supplier, Tinpak set up the automatic production in August. Tinpak manufacturing engineers and engineers from the machine supplier adjusted, improve the machines every day afterwards.
On Sept. 20th. Tinpak started running a 100,000 pieces order on the automatic production line to find and fix some small problems.
With the automatic production lines, Tinpak will be on a higher level of：
- Bigger Capacity
- Shorter lead time
- More stable production
- Lower labor cost
All these will be shared with all clients.
