On Thursday of last week, Tinpak office colleagues had an afternoon tea meeting. The meeting was not for work discussion like before, it was a complete relax and departmental intermingling meeting. We enjoyed fruits and dessert, communicating, laughing. It was a 2 hours meeting not involving work, but absolutely benefited everyone of us because it made us relax, knew more about colleagues, made Tinpak office team more harmonious, which as a result, would make our internal work more efficient.

The meeting was mainly held to thank our two bosses. As we all know, these two years economic environment is really bad. Many companies are resigning staffs, decreasing their staffs’ salary, or directly declare bankruptcy. But just in the end of July, our company gave us extra bonuses. Thanks for our bosses, who are really kind to us. Even though they are strict to us, always asking us to learn more, do more, but we all know it is to push us to be more capable, skillful and to be a better useful person. Only keep learning to be better, can we live better in such a bad economic environment.

Tinpak not only deliver quality tin boxes to clients, but also provide a good platform for everyone who worked here. We never stop leaning and improving. We are better and better, our company are stronger and stronger, as a result, we will feedback our clients a better and better service and quality.
