On December 23rd, last Friday, Tinpak held the 1st team building outing in Tongsha Park to welcome the coming Christmas Day. Every Tinpak team member was very happy and active in the game.    

In 2016, we welcomed new members joined in Tinpak family. In order help all from different function departments know each other better, trust each other better and service each tin boxes customer better, we had this team building outing. The host, Maggie, is one of the new people.    

Wearing Christmas hats and hair décor, we had warm-up game, small team building first. After that, the team leaders led their teams to compete each other. All aimed No. 1 and did the best towards that. During the games, besides the funny games, we also expressed and discussed our understanding and thoughts behind the games.    

Through this outing, Tinpak’s team has better understanding on the importance of team’s cooperation and communication inside and outside the team. We will expand and use this in our future work. We will be better and better, and for that we will do the best.
