A contract in his Law refers to an agreement establishing, modifying and terminating the civil rights and obligations between subjects of equal footing, that is ,between natural persons, legal persons or other organizations. To better enhance the cooperation with our customer based on a more precise and complete contact, Tinpak arranged a training in Tinpak's show room on 17th Sept. 2015. We invited the famous lawyer Mr.Jiang to lecture us how to issue a formal business contract and sort those matters that needs attention. The general Manager, sales manager, HR, purchasing and all sales representatives from domestic market or foreign market attented the meeting.

The training lasted about 3 hours and we all got to know many important points which were disregarded before and how we should issue the business contract so as to better guarantee the mutual benifits. In future, we will pay more attention on the business contract and it aims at enhancing the long term good cooperation with our customers.
